How support works, and its limits
- Report basis. You send us a report of the issue and we investigate and fix eligible bugs. We do not monitor your site around the clock
- Not a 24/7 service. Response expectations are set out in your written scope.
- New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately
- Content changes are limited to what your scope allows. They are not unlimited
- Problems caused by third-party services or by changes made by others

What does the US$399 cover?
US$399 is the Basic package: a professionally designed, mobile-responsive business website with clear calls to action, enquiry functionality appropriate to the agreed scope, basic technical SEO, testing, deployment and agreed revisions, plus domain, hosting and managed service for 1 year. Medium (2 years) and Premium (3 years) include the same, for a longer term. Advanced custom features are quoted separately. The number of pages is set out in your written scope.
What is included in managed service?
Agreed technical maintenance and fixes for eligible bugs in the website we delivered, for 1, 2 or 3 years depending on your package. Support works on a report basis: you report an issue and we investigate and fix it. It is not a 24/7 service and does not cover new pages, new features, redesigns or unlimited content changes. Response expectations are set out in your written scope.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the size of the project and how quickly we receive your content. We agree a timeline with you in writing before you pay the deposit.
What are the deposit and final payment terms?
50% deposit to reserve your slot: US$199.50 on the Basic package, up to US$434.50 on Premium. The remaining 50% is due before final launch or handover. A slot is confirmed only after the deposit is received and acknowledged. We accept payment through Wise where supported.
Who pays for domain and hosting?
Domain and hosting are included in every package for the length of the package (1, 2 or 3 years), so there is nothing extra to pay for them during that time. The domain extension and hosting specification are set out in your written scope. Renewal options after your term are set out in your written scope.
What happens if the project scope changes?
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before any extra work begins. Nothing is added or charged without your approval.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in writing before you pay the deposit, so you know exactly where you stand before any money changes hands.
